Trade Help, deal top WR for RB help?

Standard scoring, redraft, no pt per catch league. Start 1QB 2RB 2WR 1TE 1K 1DEF. I have 2 potential deals i can make, shoud i pull the trigger on either? I'm currently 4-6 and need to most likely win out to make the playoffs. Hurting now at RB with Portis out and Gore banged up. The deals would be either Holt for Tiki or Holt for SAlexander. I might be able to swap TO with Holt in the deals.

Even though I have SA on my team and too hope he comes back strong, I'd shoot for Holt for Tiki.

 

The Rams are in trouble and Bulger can't seem to get Holt the ball, so trading him can't hurt you too badly.

I would trade Holt (Pace out for the season won't help Bulger) for Tiki.

I think Gore will be fine and run all over. The problem here is your stupid scoring system. It ruins the value of great players like holt and even barber. Barber rarely sees the end zone these days and Holt gets a ton of catches and may not score either. But catches do you no good. No PPR leagues are horrible seriously. Anyways, I would make the trade for Tiki as Holt wont be going crazy too many more games nad getting a top 5 RB for him right now is a good idea. I almost traded Gore for Holt so Tiki is even better.
