Week 15: Bulger vs. Raiders or Hass vs. 49'ers?

Bulger: In Oakland vs. Raiders tough pass DEF. Weather will probably be ok. Cincy's offense handled the Raiders DEF just fine yesterday. The lack of Oakland offense could result in a heavy dose of Steven Jackson running out the clock thus minimizing Bulger's potential.

 

Hasselbeck: In Seattle vs. 49'ers on Thursday night. My concern is that it's going to be raining heavily resulting in a run oriented game plan with minimal passing. Looks like D. Jacks will be OUT for this game.

Oakland has a vey solid defense this year.

Short week for both QBs.

 

I would start Hass without hesitation.

I'm struggling with the Bulger decision as well. Him at Oak or Big Ben at Carolina.

 

Right now I'm leaning toward Big Ben against a somewhat banged up Panthers secondary.

 

I wouldn't get too caught up seeing Carson Palmer light up the Raiders secondary. Palmer and his crew at home is a different situation than Bulger and his shakey O-line at Oak. My 2 cents.

Oakland's D has proved to be very tough....go with Hass without any reservations!

I'd go with Hass at home. The Raiders corners are very good and are playing at home on grass.
