MicktheGreat 1 Posted January 5, 2007 jake long is staying one more year. Really? I heard he was leaning towards staying for another year, but I hadn't heard any definite decision... I also heard that Brian Brohm is leaning towards staying, but I'm not sure if he made any definitive announcement.
hoffdaddy 1 Posted January 5, 2007 I believe Antonio Pittman, RB, Ohio State is going to enter the draft after the championship game. He's an easy top five RB, in my opinion. http://www.daytondailynews.com/s/content/o...07osunotes.html Pittman likes his NFL draft potential By Doug Harris and Kyle Nagel Thursday, January 04, 2007 SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. — The three Ohio State juniors still mulling decisions about whether to turn pro were mum on their plans Wednesday, but tailback Antonio Pittman liked what the NFL had to say about his potential draft status. "I'm not going to tell you what it was, but it's a good thing," he said. The NCAA allows players contemplating a move to ask the league for a guess on when they might be taken, and Pittman and receivers Ted Ginn Jr. and Anthony Gonzalez all filed the necessary paperwork. "I'll have to talk it out with my family," Pittman said. "We'll wait until after this game. That's what I'm worried about. We're just trying to get a national championship." Eriadoc 4 Posted January 5, 2007 Sam Baker is staying at USC as well, which is why I didn't list him above. I think he'll be a better pro than Joe Thomas and that's saying something.
booya 0 Posted January 5, 2007 I think a name that will shoot up in the rankings is gonna be DE/LB Lawrence Timmons. I saw him play and hes a beast on the field. Think Ernie Sims but bigger. He should go in the top 10 but with so much talent in the draft hell prob go late 1st early 2nd. Either way any team that gets him is getting a Great player. 79 tackles 5 sacks 1 int - td 1 fmbl - td 2 blck kick
