So, I went to the dentist today (let's try this again)

I was trying to keep upbeat, and joking with the dentist. "I'm like Kramer in that Seinfeld episode. Dwiwl away!"

 

He didn't know it. Maybe he doesn't like the dentist jokes. "You're a rabbid anti-dentite!" I want a dentist that likes Seinfeld. Preferably, a Jewish dentist. First cleaning, I joked that the music playing was REM "Everybody Hurts" ... in a dentists office. Trust me, if you can make your dentists day more intersesting, he'll do you right.

 

I got some food afterwards, and a glass off ice water. I was litterally spitting out water, just like Kramer in that episode. It was pretty funny. Maybe you had to be there.

 

$500 worth of work. Insurance paid like $400. It's good to have dental insurance again. If I had let this go much longer, I woulda needed a root canal. I guess he did OK. Feels kinda rough now, but I guess he might polish it later.
