Trade of Manning or Brady

Recommended Posts

Been offered the following deal. Eli Manning and Larry Johnson for Manning or Brady and one of my RB.

Would you give up Peyton Manning or Brady? We can play a QB in our Flex position and most people do. Obviously I need some RB help for the long hall. I am from KC and LJ and the O-line makes me really nervous.

My Team

Tom Brady

Peyton Manning

Derrick Ward

Cedric Benson

Lee Evans

Chad Johnson

Shaun McDonald

Benjamin Watson

Josh Brown

Steve McNair

Thomas Jones

DeAngelo Williams

Jerious Norwood

Leon Washington

Santonio Holmes

Andre Johnson

Arnaz Battle

If you can play a QB at flex, keep em both and watch your point board light up all season long. It's not worth it to make this trade. Plus you are keeping points from other teams in your league by retaining both of them. I know you need the help at RB but LJ is not looking promising this year. Trust me, I know because I have him.

It would be tough for you to give up either with being able to start. With LJ's value being at a low point I think you could get a better QB in return than eli when giving up either Brady or Manning. I do think LJ will bounce back He just hasnt got the carries yet LJ is most effective, just like most backs, when he gets the ball 25 times hasnt happened yet because herm hasnt let that happen for fear of LJ not being ready. This week LJ will get his touches and I think he will go for 125 total yds and a td(even against the overrated vikings run D).

Is this a Dynasty or redraft? If its Dynasty you should hold on to Norwood and DWill. If you could deal away Leon with Brady I'd say go for it.

Give him Brady and Washington. You get LJ and the lil' Manning, right? The lil' Manning is going to put up points - he has to since his D is awful. Plus the rest of your backs are pretty weak. LJ's your no. 1 with Benson and Jones both no. 2 types. I think you gain more points than you lose and you add depth at RB.
