Patten or Hackett?

Recommended Posts

Both are playing secondaries in offenses that WILL be throwing? Is it DJ Hackett (vs SF) or David Patten (vs. STL)? I'm leaning toward Patten, because with Steven Jackson back, the STL offense may get back on track and it could lead to a shoot-out.

Honestly, I would go with Patten. He has been targeted by Brees quite a bit. He also has 2 100yd games in the last 3 weeks. Engram is the man in Seattle, go with with Patten.

I am playing hackett this week so I may be a little bias. but I do think hacketts nubers will be a little better than last weeks (they were good considering his 1st game back) im hopping for 6 for 90 and a td

i would go with patten if branch is back. he should do well though i don't know about a shootout...if branch is still out, i think i'd go for hackett. if it's a game time decision on branch, then i'd lean towards patten just becasue everyone is starting to key in on colston now. thanks for mine.

I have Hackett and Colston...and I tried to get Patten this week...but failed.

That being said, I would still have started Hackett over Patten at least until Branch is back.

I will sit Hackett when Branch returns just to see the chemistry between the 3 WR's and Hass...that would be Patten week.

I guess I am saying that if Branch is back..I would go with Patten.

go with patten if branch comes back...if branch is still out...hackett's your guy.

hass seems to like him in the red zone...and since they can't run it, they'll be throwing more often
