uter 0 Posted August 15, 2008 Does anyone have any rules for a Franchise League on the net that I can look at? We are looking at starting a league based with an auction and want to have a salary cap. What we don't know is how to deal with the cap end of it. Do you declare that the top 3 players at each position are holdouts? Or do you give the players a percentage increase?
