Rules for the Second Year Dyansty Auction Draft

Ok I commish a Dynasty Salary Cap 12 team league. You retain up to 22 players with a salary cap of $200mil.

 

We performed the rookie draft and we have made cuts to our teams to keep us under 22 players and $200m.

 

When we do th re-auction of available free agents and rookeis what are your rules?

 

!. Do you allow pick up and drop of whoever to keep under $200m?

 

Example if team a has $190m spent then drafts a player which put him over the cap can he drop any player he wants to be under the cap.

 

Also say later in the re-auction he drafts a better option can he drop said player he just added.?

 

Trying to get some rule examples to make sure we do our re-auction fairly.
