Is this a decent expansion team

Recommended Posts

I landed Grant, Graham, Ricky Williams, Marshall, Welker and Holt in the expansion draft. Here's how the picks came down in the regular draft (and as expected, with eight keepers, rookies went early and often):

1-McFadden (the equivalant of the ninth round for the established teams)

2-Hines Ward (hard to pass up this deep in)

3-Ray Rice

4-Kurt Warner (hard to pass up given he's starting)

5-Aaron Rodgers (best available -- I just drafted Kurt Warner! wink.gif )

6-DeSean Jackson

7-Brandon Jackson (handcuff)

8-Eddie Royal

9-GB kicker

10-GB D/ST

I know I'm not winning the league this year. I am hoping, though, that I laid a decent foundation to get up and running in the forseeable future. Thoughts?

Id be lying if i said i wasnt confused right now. Can you break your roster down by position so i can understand what your working with better?

It's in my signature. I'll adjust the color so it stands out more.

oops my bad. Play the match-ups each week at the QB position, your RB's are full of potenial, and the first two are somewhat proven. WR stable is solid. Starting 3 are legit. I think you contend this year, assuming you guess the right match-ups and a guy or two from the RB position steps up and can be a legit #2

Thanks for mine.

I like the team 7 out of 10, qb's should be good not great, but warner will throw a lot.

1st two rb decent not great, if grant and graham can stay healthy you should be ok, not great but decent, backups have nice potential and could be nice spot starters especially ricky in the begining while brown is getting healthy, though Pennington does not stretch the field so the def can key on the run.

Love the wr's and your last two shoud be decent with the potential to star on some weeks especially as they get experience

Good luck
