zaurg 0 Posted September 4, 2008 Keeper league but I had no keepers. Drafting in the 9th spot in a 10 team league. Strangest draft ever for me and I've been drafting since 1992. Every time I was about to draft a QB my ideal pick was taken. Then I figured hell why not wait until round 10 to take my QB, then to my surprise, every guy in my league took their backup QB before I could get my #1 QB. So I waited till round 12 to get Warner, the 18th QB taken in our draft. I'll revisit this post in December with my record. Any chance at the playoffs? 1 WR-Wayne 2 WR-Owens (Larry Johnson, Kevin Smith, and Willie Parker were the only 3 RB's taken between my TO pick and McGahee pick.) 3 RB-McGahee 4 RB-E.James 5 RB-L.White 6 WR-Jennings 7 RB-S.Slaton 8 RB-Felix Jones 9 DEF-SD (Yes I drafted a defense before a QB) 10 WR-Galloway 11 TE-O.Daniels 12 QB-Warner 13 QB-Rodgers 14 TE-Heap 15 RB-Sproles 16 QB-Delhomme 17 WR-Reggie Brown 18 K-Rackers Looking back, all of my RB's could end up being complete busts/injured and leaving me helpless regardless of how good my WRs or QBs perform.
