Start Cassel over McNabb, or am I crazy?

Cassel is home versus the pathetic Dolphins and we all know Belicheck would love to give Cassel's confidence a boost by having him throw multiple TD's and running up the score if possible. Philly is home versus the tough Pitt defense.

 

My league's scoring for QB's is 4 points per TD pass, 1 point for every 25 yards passing, 1 point for every 10 yards rushing, and 6 points per rushing TD.
