I think Smith will be solid as always, but yeah, you don't really know until he plays. Looks like you have the RB depth to afford him, though. I'd do it.

Depends on the WR's you have and your league roster rules. If you're fairly weak at WR, Smith would help. Your RB's seem strong enough to warrant a trade to me, though.

Yea, like the rest of the posters said...you are really strong at RB so you can afford to trade him. Again and yes also echoing what they said, check out how your league is scored anytime you make a trade like this between positions. IMO Carolina doesn't really have anyone else to throw the ball to, Smith will see catches and lots of them. Scouting reports say Smith was running full speed and making circus catches in practice this week... GO FOR IT
