You'll have to get past 2 more weeks of misery with TO but he'll probably be solid enough for you in the playoffs, if having him now doesn't hurt your chances of even getting there. With Brees you can afford to lose Schaub...I'd try to pry away Frerotte over Anderson. Check out Frerotte's remaining schedule (see this site's SOS link). http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=331075 - help me?
sdc90291 0 Posted October 29, 2008 I would actually try and see if you can part with ocho cinco or bruce instead of holt. If that's the case then it's a no brainer. If he sticks to wanting Holt, then it all depends on whether or not you think TO will outperform Holt for the rest of the way. TOs numbers will probably take a little hit due to Roy Williams, but he'll still put up great numbers. Holt hasn't looked all that good, but he's the main WR there (with Avery coming on). Personally I'd probably do it, but I'd want a little more since Schaub is putting up better numbers than Anderson. DOn't forget, there's a chance that if the Browns keep losing, and they've got a tough schedule ahead, that we could see Quinn the medicine man, so i'd leverage that to get perhaps another player or make him go for a lesser WR. mine - http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=331106
Grizzly 0 Posted October 29, 2008 I think that would work out in your favor espescially since you do not need Shaub. Something to keep in mind STL has one of the easier schedules for WR's the rest of the way. I'm not saying do not proceed with the trade but as the previous person noted you might be able to rework the players a little.

Avery is the man now in St Louis, not Holt. TO would be a big upgrade after Romo gets back. Frerotte can ride your bench, same way Schaub is now. http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=331083
dbuofi7 0 Posted October 30, 2008 I say go for it for the upgrade to TO. They are going to have to be scoring a lot once Romo gets back after the bye week with their D the way it is and you aren't getting anything out of Schaub right now. I would agree that Frerotte is the better option of the 2 available (yikes, did I just say that).
