joeunleaded 0 Posted August 31, 2009 If you play multiple leagues, when it comes to certain players, do you ever avoid a player you may have picked in another league in order to give you better odds on return for your entire FF season? I'm in four leagues this year, and have two drafts complete - picked 10th in one, and 8th in the other. In both leagues, Frank Gore and Greg Jennings fell to me, and I ended up taking them both as I thought they were the best value on the board. However, if either / both have an off year, two leagues are in trouble! The thing is, IMO, there are a number of players that fall into the same tier as Gore (Slaton, Jackson, etc) and Jennings (Wayne, R White, etc), and I contemplated others, though I have both Gore and Jennings ranked higher. Got two more drafts this week, and don't know the draft positions yet (30 min before draft) - in case I get a late pick again, I'm planning to avoid both Gore and Jennings to help diversify a bit. Agree with this? Have you encountered this before? Appreciate any insight...
