Speedy G 0 Posted October 9, 2009 Considering trading BMarshall and SHolmes for RMoss and HMiller. Miller is nothing more than a bye week fill in for Gates. We start three WRs, and I've also got: GJennings MSims-Walker DHester PGarcon Otherwise, I am probably going to have to trade/release Garcon/Hester for a TE (probably one of JCarlson, DKeller, or BWatson). Too much to give up? Marshall's schedule is about to get tough, and Holmes as been a big disappointment the last two weeks, with his targets getting cut in half. mreid 0 Posted October 9, 2009 I would do the trade. You have excellent depth at WR and will undoubtedly be struggling week to week on which three wr. You get the best player in the trade, Moss, at a good time to buy and fix your bye week TE problem. Moss will get his Td's as the season goes on and when that happens his owners won't be interested in what amounts to a 2 for 1 deal.
swanny 0 Posted October 9, 2009 I think you are giving up more but in your case with your depth you can afford it. I would do the trade.
belichick's hoody 0 Posted October 9, 2009 That's an easy do- looks like two dimes for a quarter. Given your depth it makes even more sense. http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=353255
killersquids 3 Posted October 9, 2009 I agree....you are giving up two good wrs for one GREAT WR! I would do it. Also, holmes are marshall will be up and down all season long it appears, while moss will be steady with some weeks where he explodes.
