wildasu 0 Posted January 23, 2010 League Description "Rockers: A Rock 'N' Roll Fantasy" Top level players wanted for new league forming to draft during May 2010. The "Rockers a Rock 'N' Roll Fantasy" is based on the success of 32 team leagues in promoting trading (we expect nearly 500 trades the 1st year). The concept is "time tested" in that other leagues (Legends, UNFL, C2) have used the concept for many years and owners have found this to be one of the best fantasy experiences. The format has the right amount of scarcity to promote trading, and enough positional diversity to allow for a starting lineup. The roster size still allows for waivers while allowing franchises to build dynasty teams. Of all the leagues I have tried, this format is just plain the most fun. Comprehensive rules are on the site that should insure fairness and should lessen bickering for a large league (sometimes this is entertaining). Scoring is setup to value defense sufficiently to allow for trading of defensive players for equal offensive players. Experience in this format has worked out many of the problems. Theme of combining Rock N Roll and football should be "entertaining."
