Rule Vote #4 - Free Agent Lottery Deserpentization

We are voting on whether to deserpentize the lotteries and make them straight drafts lotteries in order to give the teams at the bottom a slight bit more advantage in these lotteries.

 

The current vote is 9 to 0 in favor of deserpentization.

 

We still require votes from Scorp, Steve, CMT, stick, and Broncos.

Also, some clarification on how this will work during the offseason FA process:

 

We'll say the order is as follows:

 

1) Scorp

2) Ty

3) Steve

4) DrJ

5) Topes

6) Hoff

7) Buddy

8) Scooby

9) CMT

10) stick

11) Filtzy

12) Fantasyfan

13) Chipshot

14) Broncos

 

Let's say DrJ, Topes, and stick make pickups here. Under the current system the order would then be:

 

1) Scorp

2) Ty

3) Steve

4) Hoff

5) Buddy

6) Scooby

7) CMT

8) Filtzy

9) Fantasyfan

10) Chipshot

11) Broncos

12) stick

13) Topes

14) DrJ

 

This is due to the serpentine nature. The guy that selected someone and had the higher priority will have a lower priorty afterwards. With the new system it would be:

 

1) Scorp

2) Ty

3) Steve

4) Hoff

5) Buddy

6) Scooby

7) CMT

8) Filtzy

9) Fantasyfan

10) Chipshot

11) Broncos

12) DrJ

13) Topes

14) stick

 

The guy with the highest priority of those that selected players maintains the highest priority among those that selected players for the next round.
