Rion 0 Posted September 6, 2010 I have MJD and Beanie and the offer is Arian Foster and Shonn Greene... What do you think?
falcons88 1 Posted September 6, 2010 Looks like you get 2 starters for one. However MJD is proven, while the other 2 potential starters are a question mark even though I think Foster will be fantastic. If you are one of those people that are really nervous about MJD's knee, then I would do it.
Rion 0 Posted September 6, 2010 I know Im investing too much into upside.. This trade could really define my team when its all said and done.. so im trying to see every side.. I think im going to accept. I just have no faith in Wells as a RB2.
JBest44 0 Posted September 6, 2010 I would do it also because If I had Beanie I would deal him as well because he is in a rbbc and I can't trust him as an RB2 but if it's ppr it's tough because foster will get receptions but not as much as mjd and greene won't get many catches neither will wells so if it's a ppr it's pretty even
PanicAttack 13 Posted September 6, 2010 Wow, kind of on the fence with this one. I say do it if you have no faith in Wells as RB2 (which I do NOT) MINE? http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=369166
ichinese 0 Posted September 6, 2010 no i'd wait. really. mjd is elite. everyone else mentioned is not. i am as high as anyone on foster, hell i need him to be good, be we just don't know with him. he only played 2 regular season games at the end of last year. greene...again question marks about timeshare and limited history of performance. should have great opportunity but lt is lurking. i'd feel better if you could get lt as well. anyhow...wells has some talent, that is for sure, even if his situation is devolving. so while things don't look so good for him atm there still exists the possibility that his talent allows him to be a productive rb2. basically, imo, trades involving studs, especially when you aren't getting one back and you only have one in that position, need to be at minimum a 1 for 2, 2 for 3, 3 for 4, etc. if the trade were greene and foster for mjd then perhaps. but in the end no i wouldn't take this trade. there has to be a less costly way to improve your rb2 spot. you should have some other assets in addition to wells that you can hope to package for a better rb2. if you don't have depth at rb then i pray that you do elsewhere. look at your roster and see what you can afford to give up. see if the guy will part with foster for wells + your wr2 or something. my 2 pesos
Cel 0 Posted September 7, 2010 I think you're insane if you trade MJD for two question marks. Regardless of their upside.
