Trade: Forte for R. Moss & J. Knox

Trying to sell Forte high, a lot of inflated weeks due to tds. I have made several offers to move Forte, right now I have a counter thats Randy Moss and Johnny Knox for Forte. Here is my line up:

RB MJD

RB Tomlinson

WR A. Johnson

WR W. Welker

W/R Forte

 

Bench:

Driver

Torrain

M. Bush

M. Tolbert

S. Smith-Carolina

S. Holmes

 

I know alot of people are still keeping Moss as a top 5 receiver but I am not convinced

I personally like Moss. But even if you parted with Forte you still have Torain for at least 4 more weeks. Tolbert is a goal line hog so you have other flex options.

 

On the other hand, if you don't see it with Moss then don't make this trade. You got to go with your gut. I would almost package Forte and Welker and find a better #1WR

I might hang on to Forte as I like him for your flex. Word is they are pissed with Martz calling only 5 running plays after the week Forte had 100+ yards and blew up. I can see him getting a lot more work coming up to save Cutler from being sacked in the 7 step drops, and he is deadly with screens and open field. Moss will always be a decent play and people still want to rank him in the tier with guys like Roddy white, Austin and Andre but I don't see it. His days of 100+ and 2-3 td's are behind him I believe. Favre is ailing and Sidney Rice comes back sooner rather than later I would pass on the trade. If you are really passionate about dealing Forte you should be able to get better deals with byes upon us etc

I think Forte will get the ball a lot this week. Might increase his value so you can get more next week.

i also have forte and want to trade him but why? yes he getting it done the ugly way but this year is so crazy for rbs you cant give up on him. He ranked 3rd in all rbs in my league. I hate playing forte dont get me wrong but the guys doing the job, you have welker and johnson, if you going to trade forte try get a stud reciever, moss is just a name right now to many weapons on the vikings. keep forte.

Yeah I think I will just roll with forte for now. I am trying to package him and get a top tier receiver but to no avail. Just don't think moss is in that category
