marcusnaz14 0 Posted October 25, 2010 Fair trade. I dont know how much I like it since you deplete your WR's and are now basically banking on VJax to come back and make an immediate impact. Is there a way to make this deal by not giving up so much in the WR department? I think you seriously upgrade QB and D with the trade...plus MJD helps a lot. Answer mine. Trying to trade for Chris Johnson, need advice
ckunkle 0 Posted October 25, 2010 I actually dont like it that much. Palmer is a good fantasy qb, whereas Brady not so much. This is not to say that Palmer is necessarily a BETTER qb, but rather just puts up big numbers. Even though MJD had a pretty solid game last week, I just dont see that trend saying the same with such an abysmal passing game in Jax. Wayne is money with the Colts injuries. He is going to get a TON of targets now and anyone catching balls from Peyton is bound to put up serious fantasy numbers. I just dont believe in trading to get a Defense, however good they may be. Vjax isnt going to do much when he gets back, you cant bank on him to be solid for maybe 4 or 5 weeks. In my opinion, he is taking up a roster spot. I think you are losing in this one. http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=374759
