I like it. There's probably a drop from Gore to Mendenhall, but there's definite improvement from Branch to Colston.

as of right now, I have been going with santana moss or danny woodhead as WR2 so it would be an upgrade there.

at RB, I start Law Firm along side Gore at the moment. I traded Forte a few weeks back to upgrade my QB to Matt Ryan. Trade was Forte and Cooley or Ryan, Woodhead and Aaron Hernandez

First of all, it's a fair trade.

I think he's offering this trade because he's worried that since Ben came back, Mendenhall has fallen off a cliff. But Pittsburgh didn't play very well as a result. So I think they'll get back to running the ball more. Schedules look about even. Gore has a real nice stretch coming up, but Mendy's ain't bad either. Playoffs look about even. Colston is starting to come alive and that'll probably continue as the Saints drive toward the playoffs. I think Branch is worthless, personally.

It's close, but I'd do it. I'd first read everything I could about Mendenhall and try to get a sense for what Pittsburgh's intentions are going forward. Also, Pittsburgh is a team that will be in every game as it fights toward the playoffs. Good for Mendy. I don't think you can say that about the 9ers.
