Why all the bright Ads on CBS when we pay them $100s each year?

I'm getting sick of CBS. First we pay them to play and them they fill our pages with bright rotating ads on top of that they still have a crappy in league message board. Is there a way to make the browsing a little more discreet while checking my team at the office? Today I had neon green Subway ads on every page.

 

We use them for our keeper. Does any other big site have the custom features CBS has? Price is not an issue. We want good updates and a consistant site.
