Jones will play in a limited capacity if the Jets win. Should the Giants emerge victorious, Jones isn't expected to play a snap. Team sources tell NFL Network's Michelle Beisner that the Cowboys could rest "a few players" if the Giants win. Laurent Robinson (shoulder) could be another candidate. Dallas' Week 16 inactives: FB Shaun Chapas, WR Andre Holmes, WR Kevin Ogletree, OG David Arkin, OG Derrick Dockery, NT Josh Brent, and S Danny McCray. Interesting...but those are players that are all questionable at best and would make more sense to rest. As for Romo, still would not make any sense to sit him...I guess I am not sure how all the tie breakers work with the Giants, but seems like they would still want to win this game... Signature_Athletes 0 Posted December 24, 2011 As I just wrote in another post, it seems to be in the Cowboys best interest to stay 1 game ahead of the Giants. If they get beat by the Giants next week, they would be out on the tie breaker. But, what if they were to tie next week? Being one game up going in would be the difference...
