Entry Fee=$60 (Pro Bowl Winners=$50) LEAGUESAFE.COM will be used to collect entry fees and distribute the winnings.

 

Draft And Keepers

 

Each team can keep up too 5 players.

 

Draft status for each player will be determined by points they scored the previous season for the 1st and 2nd rounds.

 

Each player who scores 325 points or more will be a 1st round player. No matter where they were drafted last year.

 

Each players who scores 250-324 points will be a 2nd round player. No matter where they were drafted last year.

 

If a player is kept who scored 249 points or less, there draft status will be determined by the previous years draft.

 

Each team will have until the week before the draft to trim there rosters to 5 or less.

 

The previous years Toilet Bowl Champion will have 1st pick in the draft and last pick in round 2.

 

Starting with round 3, the team with the worst record from the previous year will then pick 1st and stay in that number 1 slot for the duration of the draft.

 

All players that were undrafted from the year before and that scored under 250 points will have a 6th round tag for the draft.

 

All keeper players that scored under 250 points the previous year will have a draft tag 2 rounds lower from the previous draft. Round 3 will be the 1st round for these players.

Example: X was drafted in round 2 in 2011....Y was drafted in round 4....Z was drafted in round 8. In 2012, X will be tagged for the 3rd round....Y the 4th round...Z the 6th round.

 

The draft will consist of a total of 17 rounds.

 

LINEUPS

 

1 QB 2 RB 2 WR 1 TE 1 K 1 DEF 1 FLEX (RB/WR/TE)

 

If you fail to turn in a lineup, the previous weeks lineup will be used instead.

 

The Commisioner reserves the rights to change lineups due to injury and or bye weeks.

 

SCORING

 

All NFL players use the same scoring system:

 

1 Pt=30 Yards Passing

 

1 Pt=10 Yards Rushing

 

1 Pt=10 Yards Receiving

 

1 Pt=1 Reception

 

TD=6 Points

 

2 PT Conversion=2 Points

 

INT=-3 Points

 

FUMBLE LOST=-3 Points

 

PUNT RETURN= 1 Point Every 15 Yards

 

KICKOFF RETURN= 1 Point Every 25 Yards

 

(Only the individual players will receive points for punt and kickoff return yards.)

 

 

 

Defense and Special Teams:

 

TD=6 Points

 

INT=3 Points

 

FUMBLE RECVERY=3 Points

 

SAFETY=2 Points

 

SACK=1 Point

 

BLOCKED FG's=2 Points

 

BLOCKED PUNTS=1 Point

 

BLOCKED EXTRA POINTS=1 Point

 

KICKERS

 

0 TO 39 YARDS=3 Points

 

40 TO 49 YARDS=4 Points

 

50 TO 59 YARDS=5 Points

 

60 and over=6 Points

 

EXTRA POINT=1 Point

 

TRADES AND FREE AGENCY

 

Trade deadline is the beginning of week 11 of the season.

 

Once the season is complete, you may trade players and draft picks.

 

During the season you may trade players and up too 2 draft picks each before the trading deadline.

 

League wide voting will be done once each trade has been agreed upon.

 

At least 6 votes are required for a denial of a trade in the 24 hour period.

 

Once a trade is agreed upon by both parties, the trade cannot be reversed.

 

Once a player is dropped, that player will go to waivers for 24 hours.

 

Waivers will begin at 1pm eastern on sundays.

 

Waivers will end at 1pm easern on wednesdays.

 

Once waivers end, it will be first come first served.

 

Waiver order will be determined by the worst to best record.

 

Tiebreakers for waiver order: 1. Worst record 2. Least amount points scored 3. Most points given up

 

Tiebreakers for standings:

1. Head to head

2. Division record

3. Total points scored

4. Least amount points givin up

 

Tiebreakers for ties in games:

1. Total touchdowns scored by starting lineup

2. Total touchdowns passed

3. Total touchdowns rushed

4. Total touchdowns recieved

5. Total yards acheived by starting lineup
