The HeadHunters 0 Posted August 14, 2012 Funds held in League Safe! 100% payout! Every week there is $20 riding on your head-to-head matchup! Excitement lasts from Week 1 to Week 16 for every team! No problematic absentee managers, and every mgr gets rewarded for their team's performance since Evey Game Counts! Extended season for all teams! Even if you miss the playoffs your Week 15 and Week 16 head-to-head games still have $20 apiece riding on them! $220 total ante with a 4 team playoff = $160 ($10/week) goes towards 16 head-to-head weeks (if your team doesn’t make the playoffs, your games in weeks 15 & 16 still count) $20 apiece towards the week 15 semi-finals playoff pot ($100-$140 for each winner depending on number of teams) $40 apiece towards the League Championship ($400-$560 for the champ depending on number of teams) = $220 So for example, in EGC, if your team goes 8-8 and doesn't even make the playoffs you would still win back 8 X $20 = $160 of your $220 ante. If your team goes 10-4 regular season and adds a first round playoff win you would get back 10 X $20 = $200 + ($100 to $140) = $300 to $340. So you see how this format rewards performance on a sliding scale as opposed to the usual "all or nothing" Championship format.
