Need an app with injury/news push notifications

As the title states. Any suggestions? Need these notifications via email or SMS for my Android phone, need them for ALL players not just players on my fantasy team, and of course would like it to be free if possible.

 

Anyone have suggestions? I'm tired of getting my rump kicked on free agency!
