Starters: QB- Eli Manning RB- Arian Foster RB- Jamal Charles WR- Mike Williams (Steelers) WR- Steve Smith (Panthers) TE- Jason Witten PK- Alex Henry Def- Bears Bench: QB- Alex Smith RB- Trent Richardson RB- Steven Ridley WR- Vincent Jackson WR- Reggie Wayne Start 1 QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, 1 TE, 1 PK, Def. c9h13no3 0 Posted August 30, 2012 1) You drafted a QB too early unless you got Eli in like the 8th round. Trade him for upgrades at WR. 2) Your WR's take a rankings hit in PPR (except Wayne). 3) You need a backup TE, Witten is unlikely to go week 1. I'd suggest Rudolph/Gresham. 4) Cut Alex Smith for a backup QB with some upside (or better yet, no backup QB). The #1 thing PPR does is devalue the QB position relative to the other ones (because QB's don't catch anything). You want to be the last team in your league to draft a QB while you're stocking up on every other position. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
jeff_jarrett6 0 Posted August 31, 2012 I have to disagree with c9. If I'm reading the OP correctly and all TDs are 6 pts, that raises the value of QBs back to other positions. A QB that would normally get 120pts for throwing 30TDs now gets an extra 60 pts since TDs are 6 pts. I'm personally not that high on Manning but overall it looks pretty good for a 12 Team League.
