Trade Ridley+DHB for Witten+TitusYoung?

I ended up stacked at RB in one league, but weak at TE. Looking at this trade and feeling like I need a second opinion. Any help appreciated.

 

My team:

Q: RG3, Freeman

R: Foster, Murray, MJD, Spiller, Ridley

W: Harvin, Colston, Bowe, Moore, Hankerson, DHB

T: Gresham

 

PPR league, otherwise standard scoring. Start 1Q, 2R, 2W, 1T, 1R/W flex, 1W/T flex. My usual starting lineup is RG3, Foster, MJD, Murray, Harvin, Colston, Bowe, Gresham. Doing very well so far. But I could use help at TE, and maybe another solid WR too.

 

Considering trading Ridley + DHB to another team for Witten + Titus Young. Witten likely becomes my starting TE, and Young helps me off the bench during a couple bye weeks. What do you think? Seems like I'm selling Ridley too cheap.

 

My trade partner also has Wayne, Lloyd, and Garcon, but so far is refusing to add one of those WRs to the mix instead of Young. My trade partner also has Jimmy Graham (and really needs a RB badly), so I tried a straight-up Ridley-for-Graham swap, but that got shot down.

 

Any ideas? Does this trade look good or bad?
