I would not play Simpson this week because he has probably not had enough time to get up to speed with the offense and so while he may be on the field, it is not likely he'll be a productive fantasy player this week--perhaps by next week he'll be ready. The only caveat is that I expect both Charles and Lynch to outproduce Williams this week, and with Brown on a bye and Amendola playing a stingy Seattle-D you may want to go with Washington instead.
