Ben Tate or Chris Johnson?

Recommended Posts

Due to injuries I'm forced to start either Ben Tate or Chris Johnson, which do you think is the smart play? Let me know and I'll answer yours as well, leave a link if you can.

TEN scored over 40 last week with over 400 yds of offense that went nearly 5 quarters and CJ contributed 29 TOTAL yds and no scores total against a horrible DET defense.

HOU has a dominant and stingy defense and he may surpass those yards, but may also have a turnover and at this moment can you really trust him?

HOU should impose their will on TEN and when they play TEN, they focus on their running game and Tate does spell Foster and gets GL carries as well. TEN does not have a very good defense, so you have to play Tate.

Here's my link. Thanks!

Tate would be my guy. He should get 10-15 carries and most of the goal line carries. TEN should be in a hole early and will probably end up throwing the entire second half. By the same token, HOU should be running more in the second half giving more opportunities to Tate.

Tate is definitely the safer play. I would bench CJ until he proves otherwise. He has been beyond horrible.
