I'd make that trade. You are crazy stacked at RB and not so much at QB and WR. Seems like a no-brainer to me?

I have also been offered Megatron straight up for Marshawn Lynch.

 

In addition, another team is offering me Victor Cruz straight up for Marshawn.

 

Is getting Peyton Manning a large upgrade over a Newton/Romo combo in this league for the rest of the season?

If you can make it Romo instead of Newton I'd do it for sure. Running QB's are worth more with that scoring set up and Cam has a nice schedule in the playoffs. You never know how long Peyton is going to stay healthy.

Really not sure how you got so stacked at RB haha.
