Getting clowned for Gronk and Wr's

Had my draft last night, 12 team - standard scoring - start 1 qb.2rb.2wr,1flex, 1te,1 def and 1 k.

 

The guys said I did terrible cause I picked a qb last olf everyone and I don't have any good wr's and I took gronk in the late 5th. I actually think I did pretty well but maybe Im a fool. Should I have taken a qb earlier? I had the 10th pick...Leave a link for yours...
