SabreNation 3 Posted September 14, 2013 I feel thye need to preface this by saying I do not like Cutler and never have. I think he's the most overrated QB in the league and has been for a while. With that said, RG3 got off to a slow start and looked very rusty at the start of last weeks game but he definitely started to get his feet under him again in the 2nd half. Green Bay's secondary is sketchy at best and they got absolutely lit up by a guy with almost identical skills to RG3 a week ago.
