Who Do I Sit? Stacked with boom/bust players

I need 2 RB, 2 WR, and flex:

 

McCoy

R. Bush

Andre Brown

 

Dez

Josh Gordon

VJax

 

one of these guys have to sit. I keep flip flopping between sitting McCoy, Bush, and Gordon (based on their matchups).

 

Also need to choose either Luck, Fitzpatrick, or Palmer.

I'm in a similar boat as you on QB - need to decide between Luck, Dalton and Palmer. Leaning towards Palmer but may wait until 12:55 tomorrow to decide :-/
