Hot Pickled Eggs

Recommended Posts

Ok, so I took, some pickled jlapenos, a pack of red pepper, and some pickle juice... along with my secret incredient! (Bird peppers) and Sriracha.

What should I call them when they are ready? I am thinking, "Molly's Hot Lip Pickled Eggs."

You dunno why? Ok, here's why:

And, you should have a sting to your lips after you eat one.

Right now though ... Looks like a Halloween prop in my fridge. Jar of bloody eggs. Michelle ... i know you are freaky and all that ...sorry, totally different jar.

I sniff those used tampons from time to time, it reminds me of you. Does that make me bad?

Like,,you sprinkle some hot red pepper on a tampon .... Same flavor.

Is that just in my head, or is that how bad manicotti tastes? If you watch the Sporanos, same as "mani coat" ...the Itallians leave off the ends of words. Like "prosciuto" ... come on, es prozshoot ..eh? Little fresh Gabagool on the side ... i am half way to a sammotch already, god bless ya ...that's, in the Sporanos what teht call "gaba-gool" ... capicolla .. Same thing.

The stuff I used to get when I lived in Hoboken NJ was like 99% dead mobster free. Talk aboit Itallian seasoning.

Also the one where he eats like 56 eggs or something stupid like that, then pukes it up, cooks it into an omlette and eats it again.

The idea with these eggs are not that they become super hot. I understand that you might think that, because of the bird peppers. Looks like a jar of an aborted fetuses in my fridge ... and that is not far from the truth. That red and whiteish pale green color just does not look good in the red juice. BUT .... In a couple weeks, the eggs should soak up the sriracha flavor, along with the spiciness of the bird peppers, the crushed red pepper and the jalapenos.

The end result should be an egg, permeated by the pickling juices and taking on those flavors ... to really make the egg spicy .... not sure that can be done with a cold pickle. Some, spicy flavor,,yes ... But not as hot as like, a single jalapeno slice.

I just had an idea.

What if, you injected some kinda chilli juice before you boiled the egg? Right, a small hole would be Ok if you could inject a lot of flavor.

You could also have some pickled pigs feet, and ppl could order it "Animal Style" where you dance like a Korean person, and give them the egg with a topping of pickled pigs feet.

This is where it would help to be Asian, and I could pretend like I don't understand.

You say "gangnam style", right? That means, with pickled pork foot on top, in Korea (that's not true, but white ppl will believe it).
