sweetliberty_13 0 Posted May 6, 2016 I have a start up 12 team .5 point PPR dynasty league looking for several more dedicated owners. It is hosted on RSO ($10 host fee applies). I have a third year league on there as well. I find the realistic salary cap model to be a great selling point. I am attaching a link below to the league rules.
