I have ran multiple playoff leagues the past few years,
This is what I just sent out to everyone from last year.

You were in an NFL Playoff League with me last year.
I have a bunch of them rolling for 2021. See below. 
Also if you are wanting to join any NHL (Hockey) leagues for this upcoming season, or are interested in taking over any NFL Dynasty orphans, let me know, and I can give you a list to join.

$40 entry - (Last year 150 people, $6,000+ prize pool) - SEASON ISN'T OVER YET – Fill out a lineup from 8 players each week/round. Use same players over & over if you like each week. PPR Scoring

$40 entry - (Last year 117 people, $4,500+ prize pool) - ONE TIME – Fill out a lineup from any players each week/round, CAN NOT use the players again for the rest of the playoffs. PPR Scoring

$100 entry – If interest is there will do another league like one of the ones above, but at $100 entry

$75 entry – Against The Spread Pick ' Em – Prizes Only for Overall Standings - no weekly prizes this year. (will send invites once CBS releases the game for the year)

$50 entry – Playoff Bracket - Pick winners of all of the playoff matchups BEFORE the playoffs start. Prizes for overall standings only.

Set it and forget it, draft and then no pickups/trades, etc

 

Unfortunately leaguesafe playoff leagues are all set to be majority approval, so will have to wait for large amounts to vote, which ends up taking 5-7 days it seems in these bigger entry leagues.
