Draft Format: A "slow email" serpentine draft, managed via MyFantasyLeague.com’s draft software, takes approximately two weeks. Team owners receive email notifications when they’re on the clock. Draft Details Start Time: The draft kicks off at 12:00 PM ET on the third Friday of August. Draft Clock: Set to 6 hours per pick, with a nightly pause from 12:00 AM ET to 8:00 AM ET to accommodate all schedules. Draft Order: Determined by a fair, built-in randomizer tool. The commissioner activates the randomizer to assign a random order for all teams. Once set, teams choose their preferred draft slot in sequence (e.g., the team in position 1 selects first, followed by position 2, etc.), blending strategy with fairness. An email notification with the randomized order is sent to all league members. Auto-Draft: If the draft clock expires, the system selects the highest-ranked available player from the owner’s “My Draft List.” If the list is exhausted, selections follow the ADP (Average Draft Position) rankings. Draft Clock Adjustments: If the draft risks not finishing before the first waiver session, the commissioner may adjust the draft clock to ensure timely completion.
