Egbuka or Higgins?

Normally, starting Egbuka would be a no-brainer, but I feel like Tampa's offense is struggling lately, even with Baker.  Higgins against Indy is an attractive matchup, assuming Sauce is on Nico Collins.

I'm cool with starting Higgins. I feel like this can go either way but Higgins should see decent volume
