Proposed Rules Amendment

I'll put this to a vote and see what everyone thinks. I can set up the league on Sportsline with all the scoring rules except there's not a scoring option for Fumbles lost returned for a Touchdown. There is however an option for INT's thrown that are returned for a Touchdown. Remember that I asked in the rules that everyone keep up with their scoring for each game and if there were any disputes I would recalculate the scores. If we choose to use Sportsline then of course it will calculate the scores manually. So, here are the options:

 

 

A.) Keep all scoring rules as they are and we calculate scores manually.

 

B.) Remove the minus points for Fumbles returned for a TD and use Sportsline for all league scoring.

 

C.) Remove both the minus points for Fumbles returned for a TD and INT's thrown returned for a TD and use Sportsline for all league scoring.

there should be no penalty to QB scoring because his int was returned for a TD if there is no penalty to a player who's fumble is returned

Perhaps, but is that WHY you picked him? I think not. I always thought if a person based their draft strategy on a given set of rules that it was non-PC to change it after the fact... but i guess i should expect it here in the worst league in the history of crapasses.

That's because we are reasonable people and we 1) Never expected a human to have to look up return TDs so since they don't have it automatically (there's that word again) for fumbles we won't do it and 2) Desire to keep whatever of the original rules are practical to enforce!

Which should be obvious to our funer except that this is the worst league counting all leagues in parallel universes, funed by an obtuse fudgebather!

I don't think there's a limit. Just have a asscrap load of hotmail accounts so you can set up multiple Sportline User Id's.

I'm actually in 3 under 1 user ID right now (1 baseball, 2 football). I'm just wondering when/if they'll cut me off before I have to start creating ID's cuz I know that I'm also gonna have this one and a money league hosted there too...

 

I know yahoo lets you have 2 for every game under one id...

Since most of the people that played in my March Madness pool that I ran locally didn't have email address, I had to set up different ID's for them in order to run my contest through Sportsline. I just set up a bunch of hotmail accounts so that I would have actual email addy's to use for their Sportsline ID. Does that make sense? I feel like I'm just rambling on as usual.
