juanboy 0 Posted September 2, 2007 Eli @ DAL or Cutler @ BUF? Leave link and I'll respond.
mike06 0 Posted September 2, 2007 Jay Cutler. I think denver will score 30 so youre looking at ~2tds from him in the bank.
UW72 0 Posted September 2, 2007 I would also go with Cutler. The Buffalo D is not bad against the run but not so good against the pass. Please see mine: http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=283559
ChickenLittle 0 Posted September 2, 2007 Cutler all the way. The Dallas D is much better than the Bills.
radio_cures 0 Posted September 2, 2007 I'm going to buck the trend here and suggest you go with Eli. Dallas won't have too much of a pass rush with Greg Ellis out, and their secondary is suspect. Terrence Newman is injured and will not be 100% if he can go. Their third CB, Aaron Glenn, was cut this weekend, so Nate Jones or Jacque Reeves could be getting a lot of playing time (uh-oh). And Roy Williams sucks in coverage. Cutler will also still have some more growing pains before being a consistent performer, while Eli is a little further along. For week one, go with Manning. http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=283542
benmoke 0 Posted September 5, 2007 I'd go with Cutler. He should be good for 2 TD's. There is nothing underrated about Buffalo's D. Manning with Sunday night, on the road, and no Barber is a much more risky pick.
paul revere 0 Posted September 5, 2007 BUF's pass D is pretty good. The Cowboys are missing Terrence Newman. They'll be inexperienced at the corner this week and it's a divisional game. I can't say I'm a big Eli fan but he might be the way to go this week.
GobbleDog 997 Posted September 5, 2007 Eli because it'll be a shootout in Dallas. Cutler doesn't even have a full season under his belt and he'll play like it.
kore60 0 Posted September 5, 2007 I would go with Eli- should be a shoot out and he has plenty of weapons http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=284368
Cubs07 0 Posted September 5, 2007 Cutler no doubt http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=284367
Michael123 0 Posted September 5, 2007 Start Cutler until Eli proves you wrong. http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=284376
juanboy 0 Posted September 5, 2007 Interesting responses. I get the feeling that a lot of you recommending Cutler are doing so more out of an anti-Eli bias (not that there's no reason to have this bias). Eli's preseason and Dallas's banged up DBs have me leaning toward Eli, though. Thanks, doods.
jalyo 0 Posted September 6, 2007 My thoughts are go with Eli vs cowboys should be a higher scoring game where I think Den will try to control the clock run the ball and have a dominate D. Not sure what that has to do with FFB, but I would go Eli. http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=284051
