4th Pick out of 16 Team league - HELP!

I have the 4th overall pick in a non-keeper league in a couple of days.

Do I take the next best available running back (LT - SA - LJ will be gone, i have talked with

the people with the first 3 picks) or Manning? or trade down 3-5 spots??

My league is also a 16 team. Word on the street is that the 4th player is leaning toward Manning.

I think he was looking for Portis until he got hurt.

 

I have the 13th pick any thoughts there?? Cadillac is a possibility, maybe L. Jordan...or should I grab S. Smith and a RB on the way back?

I'd trade down to 6 or 7 and try to get Stephen Jackson or Ronnie Brown. Both young RBs that will get the bulk of the carries for their team. In return you could improve your second round pick and pick up a pretty good second RB or top WR.

16 team league is tough - i feel you have to pick RB RB in order to have any shot at the title
