WhoRide2002 0 Posted September 5, 2006 So, we're back for yet another season, and I am seeking assistance right off the bat. First, any thoughts about my team would be appreciated. Second, I need input on which of my horrible WR's to start this week. Start: 1qb, 2 rb, 2 wr, 1 te, 1 d, 1 k, 1 flex (wr/rb) My roster: QB: T. Brady, K. Warner, A. Brooks RB: Tomlinson, McGahee, S. Jackson, F. Gore, D. Williams WR: D. Jackson, L. Evans, L. Coles, D. Bennett, E. Kennison, Mark Clayton, Michael Clayton TE: Gates, B. Watson D: Bears K: Akers Obviously, I will be starting LT, Jackson and McGahee at flex, but my WR's are sad, hence why I drafted so many, but now am in the "Who do I start?" dilemma every week. I feel the rest of my team is top-notch, my hopes is that Watson will emerge as a stud and I can trade him off for a decent #2/low #1 WR. I will reply to you. Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that I am going to start Warner over Brady because of the lovely SF matchup "The ###### Dentist" aka Kurt Warner has.

WhoRide2002 0 Posted September 5, 2006 This is what I have now: QB: Warner RB: LT, S. Jackson, McGahee WR: DJax, Coles (great matchup) TE: Gates D: Bears K: Akers
Football Fan 20 2 Posted September 5, 2006 I say Kennison b/c Green is always consitant, and Coles b/c Pennington is on the hot seat, so Coles will get a lot of looks his way.

I think you have to check on the health of DJax before the game. If he's not 100 % I may be inclined to go w/ the Clayton boy in Tampa (couldn't remember if it was Mark or Mike.) I think he's in store for a nice year.
c_Weezie 3 Posted September 5, 2006 You have a loaded team...except a lil weak at WR. For this week I would not risk it on DJax, just start the solid Kennison, then I would start Lee Evans. Good Luck, and thanks for answering my post
cntblah 0 Posted September 5, 2006 D. Jackson, L. Evans, L. Coles, D. Bennett, E. Kennison, Mark Clayton, Michael Clayton Too bad DJ is not 100%, I like his matchup a lot this week. L Coles also has a good matchup and you might as well start him while Pennington is healthy - assuming you are in a PPR league.. PPR league: L Coles E Kennison (D Jackson if his practices go VERY well this week) Standard league: E Kennison Mark Clayton (D Jackson if his practices go VERY well this week) I was tempted to choose Lee Evans in standard scoring league, but with McGahee already in your lineup I don't like playing him. Hopefully he gets off to a good start so you can trade him, there will be very few opportunities to start him alongside McGahee.
Clinker26 0 Posted September 5, 2006 I agree with Weezie. Go with Evans and Kennison
