Bigunreal1 0 Posted September 6, 2006 Okay, I know we're talking about some crappy players here, but this is a complete keeper league, and I've been in it for many years. Since I almost always make the playoffs, I don't get a high draft pick very often, so don't get the most heralded rookie RBs. Anyhow, my final roster spots come down to keeping 2 of the following less than stellar (but perhaps potentially good) RBs: C.Cobbs,C.Perry,M.Robinson,R.Dayne. My other RBs are McGahee, D.Williams, T.Henry and M.Barber. I know- pretty pathetic. I'd really appreciate any help. Leave a link and I'll help you.
Bbronco 0 Posted September 6, 2006 Well Dayne may get some touchdowns, so if you are in a TD league he would be my choice for a pick up- you might be in a bit of trouble though with no real number 2...good luck, I think some of those backups have a chance to break up this year (Dwill especially) thanks for hitting mine up
Rabid Wookie 0 Posted September 6, 2006 For this year I'd go with Cobbs and Dayne. They probably have the best shots at starting, and both play in offensive systems that seem to be able to turn average/decent backs into statistical studs. For the longterm, I don't know. Perry's been injury prone and will be coming back from surgery, so I'd stay away from him. I don't really know anything about Robinson.
dpollaro 0 Posted September 6, 2006 Cobbs and Dayne Cobbs in the denver scheme already looking good..shanahan may trade him to a team when their rb goes down and can start for them...never know. please see mine http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=228771
prostollo 0 Posted September 6, 2006 I would keep perry(has most upside longterm of the 4). I would pobably keep Cobbs as the other.
