I'd go with Caddy. I will usually favor a starting RB over a WR if I am deciding between 2.

Evans put up serious points against Maimi last year. Johnson in a shoot out?

 

Still with the safe play, start Caddy unles you think you need to pull something out of a hat to win this week.
