J5 0 Posted September 15, 2006 I would give up Warner, Mason, and Droughns for Delhomme, S. Smith, and F. Taylor. Smith and Taylor or injured or injury prone and Delhomme is obviously affected by this but there is alot of upside here. Question is will Smith come back this year eventually and be effective? Taylor and Droughns both have issues. Droughns with the offense and Taylor with injuries. My current team: McNabb/Warner LJ/Droughns/Rhodes/Addai/Benson Holt/Chambers/Housh/Mason/D. Jackson/Henry
doublej5783 0 Posted September 15, 2006 I would say you're all set at WR with Holt and Chambers. But you could use help at RB. You should package Warner and Mason, and try to upgrade with a better RB than Taylor.

Dante 0 Posted September 15, 2006 Even if you start 3 WRs, this is not a trade you need to make. I am all for trading Warner before his impending injury (last year in SEA, he was knocked out for 4 weeks), but I would not be comfortable having to start one of the Colts RBs so early in the season or Fragile Fred. I am for acquiring Steve Smith. I think it is work communicating with Smith's owner to determine if he is panicking or will be patient. You may be able to swing a trade for less in return than you think.
preilly 0 Posted September 15, 2006 I would do the deal, by the time your playoff roll around, smith will be gold again. I think you will be ok by mid season (one way or the other) at RB2 with you rhodes/addai situation. mine: http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=233361
enjoi525 0 Posted September 15, 2006 ya, forget trying to make your already good WR corp better. You need some help at RB2. Here's mine: http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=233345

leftyguitar 0 Posted September 15, 2006 i'll side with the "don't do it" crowd. warner is lookin like a much better QB play for the entire season barring injury. you don't need any help at WR. (also if you have smith and delhomme, then its like depending on delhomme for points at two positions.) stick with your team! please see my FA question: http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=233373
