Puntarelli 0 Posted September 30, 2006 I'm looking to aquire one or the other, with walker being the most likelyaquisition, although personally, i prefer Johnson. I just wanted some perspective on the pros and cons of the two, for this week, and the rest of the season.
Puntarelli 0 Posted September 30, 2006 WHY?!!! Because I have too many players with the same bye week.... And this is a money league and I'd like to walk away with the $1000 prize at the end Just want as much info as i can get before finalizing the deal as i will most likely have to go 2 for 1 with wr's to get Johnson or Walker
dalie 2 Posted September 30, 2006 Of the 2 I would go with Johnson, Houston always has to play catch up and Carr looks pretty good this year MIne? http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=239274
NebraskaRRT 0 Posted September 30, 2006 Agreed Johnson is back in form. Move Bruce to the bench play Jennings. What will you be giving up to get one of these players..that is the important part.
davidbostonisgood 2 Posted September 30, 2006 I'd get Johnson......I don't really feel like getting into why.
lanastussy 0 Posted September 30, 2006 I'd trade for Johnson. See mine http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=239310
mitchm42 0 Posted September 30, 2006 Johnson without a doubt http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=239308
shipredraiders 0 Posted September 30, 2006 Johnson has looked good so far. Denver is so unpredictable. Walker has had one good game but I think Carr will connect with Johnson more. Please see mine. http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=239316
bauman88 0 Posted September 30, 2006 I think walker will be come back player of the year. I like him so much that I traded my 1st round pick (alexander)before he got hurt/mason for him,s.smith and l. jordan. see me http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...=238499&hl=
sta 5 Posted September 30, 2006 I would pick up Johnson, Houston will be playing catch up all year. See mine: http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=239321

I like him so much that I traded my 1st round pick (alexander)before he got hurt/mason for him,s.smith and l. jordan. I also think he is more than a 1 week wonder, and I need to shuffle things around to fix a couple of bye week problems (with $3 per trade, $2 per drop, and $1 per add it's cheaper for me to make bench room with the trade) I think evans/jennings/gado/(maybe berrian but i like him the best of evans, jennings, berrian) for Walker is a good deal for me and him, and it will take a lot more than that to get johnson He has 8 players on bye this week, starting: DelHomme Dillon M Strong R Moss C Henry J Porter *edit* starting A Crumpler now D Clark no D *edit* picked up MIA D this morning J Kasay

Johnson -- as his team is always in catch up mode and passing!!
kcBlitzkrieg 29 Posted September 30, 2006 I also like Johnson more than Walker, but like you said the guy who owns him probably does also & will want more in return. My big thing with Walker is that Plummer is throwing him the ball, and I have no faith in Plummer. Again, if it was me Id try to make the deal for AJ but if you can get Javon at a considerably lower price then go for it.
Stopper 0 Posted September 30, 2006 Johnson all the way. Houston will be playing from behind a lot, and Carr if nothing else is at least more consistent than Plummer.
bobpate17 0 Posted September 30, 2006 it depends on your scoring system. if you are ppr league then get johnson. else get walker. he is always endzone threat and he will get u more yards. http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=239433
novacane424 0 Posted September 30, 2006 Depends on who you have to offer 4 each of them. I to think Walker is gonna have a big year. He'd be my first choice.
