hagler 0 Posted October 15, 2006 My team: QB: Vick, Frye, Brooks RB: Portis/Betts, J.Jones, A.Green, Droughns WR: Djack, Coles, Reg. Williams, Mason, Welker TE: Watson, A.Smith The Offer: Favre----------R.Bush--------T.Glenn or Driver-------Morency------Norwood --------------------------------FOR------------------------------- Frye-----------J.Jones-----------Reg.Williams---------Droughns------Stover Gives me the option of Favre or Vick based on matchups Bush or A.Green as #2 RB T.Glenn or Driver over Reg. Williams Who cares about Droughns...... Scoring: Standard performance, plus: 50+ yds. receiving for RBs = 5 bonus pts (double pts for receiving TDs) 50+ yds. rushing for QBs = 5 bonus pts DO I MAKE THIS DEAL??????? Please help--- I'll answer all links as always... Thanks for the input.
Cuse9 129 Posted October 15, 2006 Frye over Favre R.Bush over Jones Reg.Williams over Glenn or Driver Droughns over Morency or Norwood Stover all kickers suck It's a weird trade. Pretty close at each position, it's more of a preference trade. I think you keep what you got. I like Bush just slightly more than Jones, only cause Jones loses TD's to Barber. Frye has a much better upside over Favre and Frye has better weapons, Droughns, Edwards, Jurevicius, Winslow. Droughns is a starter....Morency is now third on the depth chart and Norwood is phenomenal, but none the less...a back up. Keep what you have......good luck. Thanks for checking mine....appreciate it!!
BigTymeShocker 0 Posted October 15, 2006 I wouldn't do it. Favre and Bush do not really give you much driver morency and norwood give you future power, but not much now i think for this season, you are better off staying put
itsbigmoni 1 Posted October 15, 2006 The trade helps you at WR, but weakens you everywhere else. No way i would make the trade. Droughns will be a valuable trading chip sooner or later i think. He's been hurt and the o-line is still meshing but he could become a good option down the road. Upgrading from coles to gleen doesn't justify losing droughns and jj for bush. Julius Jones has played really well and has been running hard. MB takes a few goal line carries but its not like jj gets taken out every goal line situation and MB is the designated goal line back. Don't do it.
