ramblin'wreck 0 Posted October 25, 2006 My view is that DEN has been relying on allowing minimal points to score in the fantasy world, they had little turnovers and return yards. This week will be tough as they play IND. I don't think DEN can keep IND from scoring and that should equate into minimal fantasy points. I am leaning heavily to not playing them this week.. The only problem is that I will have to drop them in order to pick up another DEF. I have no other position I can drop. So, the question is would you drop DEN's D knowing that you may lose them for good? Available DEF include NYJ, IND, NYG, KC, MIN, and others I wouldn't even have to mention. Help me on this and I will help you. Leave your links!
AoO 0 Posted October 25, 2006 I wouldn't start them. I have been playing them, and you are right. They are scoring because their opponents aren't, for the most part. I am benching them this week. I picked up KC off the waiver wire. They are a decent scoring defense & they are playing a Seattle team without their biggest weapons. Here's mine: http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=247552

wiscsports1234 0 Posted October 25, 2006 I like what the Vikings D has been doing. I would drop Denver for them. Do it right before the weeks games in case you want to pick Denver back up after the week. http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=247559
AoO 0 Posted October 25, 2006 Well, then I guess it depends on how you feel about the rest of your team. I think KC could have a big game against Seattle, but then again it's hard to predict with defenses. If you like the rest of your matchups maybe you should hold onto Denver. If you need the extra points, I'd make the switch.
napa joe 0 Posted October 25, 2006 KC defense is a great play this week at Arrowhead, but they were demolished two weeks ago in Pittsburgh. Denver has been solid all year. I would hate to lose them. Help with mine? http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=247563
