Flex Help - Reg.Williams or Travis Henry

OK, so at the flex spot, I have two not so good options. Here is how I see it:

 

Travis Henry - Pros: He's the starter, if there are any goal-line carries he should get them, he had good weeks 2 of past 3, the weather could hinder passing (30% rain, 20 mph winds). CONS: At Jacksonville, against very good run defense, he sucked last week, lost carries to L.White last week, was outperformed by L.White last week, TEN gets behind and abandons the run quickly.

 

Reggie Williams - Pros: TEN defense is bad, top cornerback for TEN is out, has had his better weeks at home (game @JAX). CONS: Gerrard at QB and he hasn't done anything with him, M.Jones back might lose looks, has been bad lately dropping balls, hasn't had a good game in 4 weeks, wind and 30% chance of rain in JAX, doubt JAX will have to pass much since it should be a low scoring game.

 

Neither is a good option really. Henry could get a score and 50 yards, so could Williams. It's almost a flip of a coin, since I think they both have equal pros and cons; and either could do nothing or have an average game. Any thoughts, suggestions, reasoning would be appreciated.

The difference is the Jags D... like you said Titans may have to abandon the run. Think you go with Reggie and an offense that will score easily on Titans D. Hopefully Reggie gets some of the action.

henry seems like the safer pick...reggie will is unpredictable and qb situation sux there...leftwhich and r will where nice but now with jones back in to many options

I had the same problem in a league and went with henry just because he is going to have more opportunities. if lefty was starting i might have swayed a little bit....but i go henry

I'd have to go with R Williams because I picked him up on the waiver this week, and hope for a huge day!!

I think you need to play it safe and with go with the RB. I think Matt Jones will steals some looks. Start Travis Henry.

I'd go with Henry. He is the safer bet.
